2025 Awards Ceremony: What to Expect

The big night is almost here! Before you step onto the red carpet, here’s your insider guide to making the most of the 2025 Houston’s Best Awards Ceremony.

Ticket Information
Tickets must be purchased in advance. Please note that there will be no ticket sales at the event, and entry is only permitted with a pre-purchased ticket.

Make sure each ticket is assigned with unique contact information for every guest. Tickets that are unassigned or have duplicate contact details will not qualify for door prizes.

Dress Code
Dress to impress! The awards ceremony is a formal event, so expect to see elegant gowns and sharp tuxedos. This is your night to shine as part of Houston’s Best, so dress the part!

Event Schedule
Doors will open at 7:30 PM, and the event will wrap up around 9:30 PM.

Location and Parking
The event will take place at The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria at 5011 Westheimer at Post Oak, Houston, TX, 77056.

Door Prizes
If you’ve signed up to bring an approved door prize, please bring it with you to the event and drop it off at the registration table.

If you wanted to sponsor a door prize but haven’t yet, we appreciate your interest, but we’re no longer accepting submissions this year due to an overwhelming response.

Red Carpet Experience
After registering, you’ll have the opportunity to walk the red carpet. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture the moment for your entire team. Please wait until after the event for any selfies on the red carpet.

Beverages
A bar will be available at the venue, offering beer, wine, and soda. VIP ticket holders will receive a wristband for unlimited drinks while general ticket holders can purchase drinks.

Dessert
Please note that dinner will not be provided at this event. However, we will be serving a light dessert. Please limit yourself to no more than two servings.

Awards Presentation
While there are 342 categories in this year’s awards, only about 50 will be announced during the ceremony for those in categories for which tickets were purchased.

NOTE: If you’re bringing a guest who represents a different candidate or if you work with a candidate who didn’t purchase tickets, please inform us immediately. This will help us ensure that all represented categories are announced. If we’re not notified, we won’t announce the category unless another finalist represents it.

When your category is announced, please come to the stage for a photo opportunity with Brodie as he presents your certificate. Feel free to bring your whole team! Don’t worry—no speeches are required; it’s just a photo op.

Winner Announcements
If you’re unable to attend the awards ceremony, you’ll miss a fantastic evening! However, all winners will be announced on our website the following day, so stay tuned.
